Dental and Vision are A+ Medical on the other hand is awful. For myself, my wife, and kids it is 600 Per paycheck with an 8K deductible for the cheapest plan. That is about 24K per year out of pocket for a family for only medical. People are only making 12-15 an hour... if someone making 15/HR needed to cover their entire family, that is 76% of their pay. Everyone in the company received a letter stating the insurance company saved a bunch of money during 2020 and they were passing savings down to the companies, either the company could take the savings, or pass it to employees. No changes were made to our insurance premiums for the employees. There is no option to give another employee PTO in case they need to take time in terms of family emergencies. One employee had a house fire that burned down the entire house and the 3 children and employee needed to take time to find a new place with no PTO. They had to take Unpaid Time Off because nobody could donate their PTO to the other employee to be able to take the time off work to find a house.
