Regular base coverage nothing special
Since it is a hospital I am assuming they have very good health insurance, and all the best services available to you. However since I was an intern I did not need it.
It covers literally everything. The family deductible is like maybe a grand, for out of pocket maximum. Copays for family providers is 0. Copays for specialists is a little steep at $35, in-patient at $250, same as ED, Urgent Care is $50, and radiology is $50 (I don't know why x-ray and MRI are a separate thing, but yeah, there it is). It is entirely conceivable that you could require a heart transplant tomorrow, and the ENTIRE THING...The admission, the tests, the surgery, the recovery, the rehab...LITERALLY EVERYTHING will run ya about $1000USD. You show me any other health plan in this country short of Tricare (active duty military insurance) that does this.

Excellent! Low copays and deductibles. A hospitalization only cost $250 out of pocket.
Copays are minimal and they cover the rest as long as you go to a Cleveland Clinic location
