Meh, standard corporate pension. They take 5% out of your check, match it, and put it into the fund. 30 years of service, or 60 and out. The only annoying part I assume, is if you don't plan on retiring here, and still have to pay into the IPP (individual Pension Plan). Everyone, PRN to full time pays into the IPP.

Through Fidelity investment. They offer match for first 5% however it comes with 5 year cliff.

They match you if your putting in 6% they match your 6% what's to complain about that?
