Medical coverage cost can't be beat as long as you are happy with CC providers. The option to further lower the costs by engaging in walking programs further lowered premiums.
Cleveland Clinic's insurance is relatively inexpensive and provides you with access to the best doctors and healthcare. They also provide tuition reimbursement and match up to 3% when you put money towards your 401k.
helath insurance is great. raises are 75 sents after first year, and then 50 cents the second year
As long as you stay with a Cleveland Clinic doctor, the benefits are affordable and rarely is an out of pocket cost incurred. Unfortunately, brand name prescriptions usually aren't covered. The FSA account makes things accessible, and you can get a discount on your overall health insurance through participation in the Healthy Choice program.
The benefits are the best thing about working for the clinic. Great medical package if you use Cleveland clinic doctors. They use your PTO balance to pay out holidays we are closed which sucks.
That they make you go see the doctors at the Cleveland Clinic.... with to me causes some concerns as per if injured in the job..... HUGE CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Great benefits! Very well known organization that works with other companies to create a better healthcare environment.
I didn't have any benefits package as I was a student, but they were very helpful with finding a place to stay during my internship as I wasn't from cleveland.
Hands down the absolute best benefits package I have ever seen short of active duty military. I have heard different things from different folks at different hospitals that are actually on the floors about stringent regulations on attendence, patient ratios and workflow, but I work in the field. I have one patient at a time, thats critical, and I'm just the paramedic, the Nurse does the majority of the heavy lifting. I do manage some cases here and there or help the Nurse when she's stumped, or needs a particular intervention done that is either outside her scope of practice, or she's just not comfortable performing, so I can't speak to anything that goes on, on the actual floor. I can say, in my very short stay I had in the ED at Lakewood, I can believe some of the horror stories on the floors, especially on main campus, but this isn't the place for that. As I stated, in speaking of strictly benefits offered, as far as regional healthcare providers, they are unmatched.
They provide exceptional healthcare to their employees at affordable rates - Our family truly benefited from this.
