Absolutely ridiculous number of holidays per year. The company doesn't care about you but only about your performance.
Vacation, paid time off and sick days are pooled into just one as "paid time off". No distinction.
It's not negotiable in the hiring process. They have a fixed allotment system.
Compared to most employers, they offer a good vacation package for new employees.
It one pool so you accumulate the time throughout these to be taken as needed.
really not good vacation and paid time off. here is a busy hospital.
PTO carries from year to year (must accumulate ~350 hours before it will be lost); however, PTO balance may be used to pay for insurance premiums.
excellent when compared to for-profit companies
Their PTO policy is good for people that do not have a family.
the pto system is a bit difficult to understand and salaried employees can leave after 4 hours of work a day whereas an hourly employee would need to use 4 hours of pto.
