Very strict about time off, only three special privilege leave days a year. 15 sick days, which is nice.
Compensation package is vert good.
There were no benefits offered as I was a contract employee to the dist.
The medical insurance is very good!
The best thing about the benefits package is that the health care doesn't require a deductible. The worst thing is their provider for flexible spending accounts. They take FOREVER to issue reimbursements.
The healthcare within the District was almost the best I've had.
Sick days and special villager days are ample. The health care is decent. They started a wellness program this year to reward employees for healthy check ups which is great, but it would be nice if they gave a discount on a gym membership, especially since they give discounts for cell phone services.
Good group rates for insurance.
minimal out of pocket expenses, management gets more paid time off than most companies, 12 sick days, 3 personal and 5 weeks vacation, plus many more holidays than corporate
Worse, there is none with this job as a sub.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
