Everything is fine. Thank you.
They have a good leave carry over policy. There is close to no 401k match and no policy on remote working.
Health Insurance coverage is really bad, high deductible even with how expensive it is. 401k is subpar, they match at only 15% (most companies do a full 100% match) on a set amount every year, and you don’t get it until after 1 year. 3 weeks PTO, accrued at 5 hours every paycheck, and you can borrow 40 hours. No sick days, maternity or paternity leave. No work from home. They tell you you have $3k training/tuition benefit per year, but no manager will sign off on it, I don’t see the point telling employees they have that benefit, when it simply doesn’t exist.
Not at this point of time wiling to tell the perks or benifits of the company.
No 401K contribution from the employer.
Cigna high deductible plan; the company matched 6 cents to every dollar employees put in to the 401k (not in real time... 1 year after employee contributions)
There is no remote work option, 401K benefit applies as after 1 year with organization
good team member but bad management
HSA is the only option, and 401k match is very basic
No benefits since employment was short term
