it is decent, not the best nor the worst. it is a good start for a first job. Take experience and leave.
The health insurance plan is pretty expensive, I ended up going with my spouses insurance instead. The other benefits were pretty standard.
low pay 401k match starts too late
The medical coverage is fair, they provide dental, vision, life, short and long term disability. Decent matching for 401K, but takes 5 years to vest and being a contractor you may not be with them for 5 years. Annual and sick leave accrual rates are abysmal.
They are a contracting company, so your employment with them is based on CRM holding the contract with the government. But, you do not vest with your 401K immediately. It takes 5 years, and with the government, contracts turn over quickly at times. So while you may be in the same job, you will have a different employer, and you will not vest. Also, if your spouse works for another company that provides medical benefits, then they cannot be covered under your insurance. If they do not work or are self employed, you have to jump through hoops and get signed, notarized documentation saying that they cannot get coverage elsewhere. Then the spouse can be covered under your plan.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
