Benefits have gotten better, but not extraordinary. Finally have a dental plan that has orthodontic coverage. 401k matching isn't great. No disability covered by the company. Expensive life insurance.
Very mediocre PTO. No separate sick leaves given.
I would prefer more salary and less commission. Insurance and benefits are reasonable as far as cost goes and comprehensive.
The health care coverage was very good, the benefits package was in line with similar jobs, salary was very low.
Combined vacation and sick into 15 days total PTO
There isn't a lot of choice in medical benefits.
15 days vacation, average health insurance, dental, 401k
The insurance premium for families is 4x more than the single rate. They offer 401k and you only get a total 2 weeks vacation ever. No increase in salary upon performance review ever.
The benefit package doesn't change whether you have been with the company a few months or five years.
there's no increase in vacation for longevity or increase in any other benefits. No pay raises - "you can sell more to make more money".
