401k, health insurance, accrued vacation, sick days. Employee discount is really good. A really good package, it is flexible. Requesting off 2 days a week can vary though, as it depends on availability of the whole team.
it's totally a good 401 package for their employee, but limit development space for their employee. The system is very complicated when you registered to be one part of club Monaco.
Working part time eliminates all benefits other than clothing discount
No Performance Bonus, No Holiday Bonus, No Company Social Events, Not enough employees, Lack of Diversity/culture throughout, No Dining flatware provided. No free breakfast or lunch - Kitchen is stocked with non-dairy & dairy milk, tea and coffee.
Great employee discount at Club Monaco and RL
The discount on clothing is good, it's 40%-60% depending on the product and if it is employee shopping. There is also sometimes a 70% off list which cooperate select style to from. Ralph Lauren has discounts with other companies like Sprint and some gyms. After a year your automatically enrolled in a 401k but I can't speak to the other benefits because I did not have then. That is because you have to be full time on paper to get it even though for 2 years I worked full time hours. In the state is Massachusetts you get sick time by law but there is know way to see or tell how much you have unless a manager tells you.
They offer a fair amount of PTO days. The benefits package is fine, but there isn't a lot of support in terms of helping you understand the healthcare package and your options.
I mean, I was only part time and I got paid minimum wage. If you work longer hours you could easily make some good money. They also offered me insurance benefits that I did not take but it's nice that they give part-timers the option.
401K after working for a certain time. Birthday PTO - 4 hours
Great vacation and personal time package. Competitive 401k plan, mediocre health benefits plan. Outstanding discount both at Club Monaco and Ralph Lauren.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
