Company touted great benefits and perks, but in the end, they need a new person to negotiated their benefits packages, because it was one of the most expensive health benefits that I've ever paid for.
The best benefits are for the employee: HSA contributions, reimbursement of health club expenses yearly, tuition reimbursement for school, interest free loan for personal computer or exercise equipment, etc.
