    They give you 8 weeks paid leave for maternity and paternity leave. They have will work with you

    Summer 2016 CoStar revamped maternity leave policy to offer 8 weeks paid by company at 100% of your base salary and then you are still eligible for 6 weeks Short Term Disability paid at 60% of your base salary. Very pleased with this!

    Maternity & Paternity Leave is 10 days so you don't have to use your PTO to bond with your newborn.
