The company offers a match program of 50% up to 6% and the company contributions best over a 3 year period. The health insurance premiums are very reasonable and the coverage is good with a variety of plans. Other benefits exist such as educational reimbursement, matertinity leave, identity theft protection, legal assistance, and there is an employee assistance program. The main draw back is the low and non competitive compensation for low-mid level employees. The company offered an Employee Stock Purchase Program, which is nice. However, you have to work for the company for 5 years to receive just $500 in restricted stock. Which is not competitive in comparison to other large tech companies. Aside from low compensation, the benefit offerings are one of the only pro’s in working for this company.
