Coach has a great way to offer benefits, they cover a $ amount depending on your position but NOT limited to any employee. Every single employee gets the option of using all their benefits. The great thing about it, is that they let you shop every company and every plan offered. You can have very little coverage for those who do not go to the doctor on a regular basis as well as offering great coverage on those with illnesses and prescriptions every month. Bonus structure is great as well as times you get an email saying your store did great so you get a free item at a price point. Free items are also gifted to the highest performing associate or manager. Pretty much the best part about coach is their pay and benefits. Depending on your store is if the work environment is what you like.
the worst was Black friday hrs
As a part time associate you get full benefits.
I was working as a sales at Coach outlet in Aurora, IL. 18/hr

Great benefits. Affordable PPO health plans. 401k. 2 weeks vacation and 1 week sick paid.
Separate PTO and sick time. Generous 401k match Great discount Training is top notch
Great benefits overall although not much time to actually use your vacation time.
Horrible. Basically no benefits.
Make sure to read all paperwork as HR Supervisor does not always know the answer. CGRV also does vested retirement so you need to be there five years before you are fully vested. Most employees do not make it five years...
