Coach cares for their employees and offers healthy benefits for part-time employees as well. There are great selections of health benefits.
Great benefits at a great price. Don’t have any complaints.
Great company great people to work with
Vacation accrual based on tenure - very generous rates. Sick time was separate and also accrued. You always had more than you needed. 401k marching program. Great insurance! Tuition assistance.
Good insurance, matches 5% 401k, vaca and sick time carry over but there’s a cap.
Coach has a great way to offer benefits, they cover a $ amount depending on your position but NOT limited to any employee. Every single employee gets the option of using all their benefits. The great thing about it, is that they let you shop every company and every plan offered. You can have very little coverage for those who do not go to the doctor on a regular basis as well as offering great coverage on those with illnesses and prescriptions every month. Bonus structure is great as well as times you get an email saying your store did great so you get a free item at a price point. Free items are also gifted to the highest performing associate or manager. Pretty much the best part about coach is their pay and benefits. Depending on your store is if the work environment is what you like.
the worst was Black friday hrs
