Its pretty standard. You accrure a half a day for every 40 hrs worked or something like that

Vacation policy improved over the years. All mid-range employees have more vacation days, and they carry over up to a limit; however, there is so much work, no one can take all their given vacation days in 1 year.

They give a few paid holidays, and vacation and pto. However there are a lot of black out periods.

Vacation and sick days are earned on hours worked. I think you got 3-5 sick days and 10 days vacation a year.

Its about average for retail industry wide.

Depends on level in store. Associate managers and SMs received 12 days paid off a year. After 5 years, capped at 18 days paid vacation a year. Paid sick time and paid holidays as well. Difficult to take vacation time due to business needs or light scheduling. They did offer to pay out vacation time in 5 day block but I would rather have had the option to actually take the vacation and rest from work. Large proponents for work/life balance but salaried managers continually worked over 40-45 hours a week.
