401 K is fair and solid. Employers matched contribution, adjustment are easy to change and you can take your 401 K with once seperation is implemented.
Great benefits to look after their employees
In general good benefits, although medical insurance is worst than in the past and certain benefits depends on pay grade.
Vacation is very reasonable. It can not be carried over but a new employee has 3 weeks and earns an extra week every 5 years of service.
Great package! Only complaint is you have to wait 90 days for the medical insurance to kick-in.
No benefits for part-time employees
Pretty good benefits. Health, dental and vision and you also have a chance to reduce monthly cost by staying active.
I actually chose to go with my wife's benefit plan. I have liked Kaiser for some time now and Coke does not offer them. I will say that their vision and dental is solid.
