Rather generous vacation package - 9 holidays and, upon starting in February, 72 hours of total vacation time. However, good luck trying to actually use said vacation package; workforce management, i.e an entirely different department and a parallel division that has no idea what your job entails, has the ENTIRE say in spite of your direct managers. I was not able to use a single day of PTO, which angered me and spurred me to find a better position. Upon accepting said better position, I naively believed that I would be entitled to my PTO, which would've amounted to over $1000, via a payout. I was not paid out a cent of PTO because of HR policies entailing that employees with less than 1 year tenure are subject to a payout, despite not missing a single day in my 9 months of employment (due in part to the difficulty to actually use the dangled carrot that is PTO at this company). Don't expect to be able to take time off, nor expect the company reciprocate your diligence via payout.
