Best = good perks: Sparkfly discounts for many things, good reimbursements for using car and personal phone, lots of opportunities for extra incentives (trips, gift cards, prizes, experiences). 401k is decent - match up to 3% guarantee and then at end of year will match up to 5% based on company performance Worst = PTO, holidays, family leave: 2 weeks vacation up front, lots of holiday weeks are blacked out and can't be taken, have to work several holidays and often have to be 'on call' or available even on off days. non-existent maternity leave, only 6 weeks STD. not supportive of flexible work schedules. Only 3 days for bereavement.
