The best thing is that Code will match your 401k dollar for dollar after it's been vested for 3 years. They've also updated their benefits to reward employees who have been there certain number of years with extra vacation days.

For a privately held company, the HR team and the company leadership has gone out of there way to make the benefits above par, if not great...and they continue to look for areas to add / improve on the offerings. They are closed during the end of year holiday season, Summer Fridays, Bagel Mondays, plenty of cereals, free coffee and soda and a dog friendly office.
Great health insurance, commuter and gym benefits pre-tax, 401k, flexible spending, opt-in extended vacation day buy back, 2-3 weeks vacation + additional PTO for office closure Dec 24th -Jan 2nd, company seamless accounts for after hours meals without having to do expense reports. Dental insurance is so-so, for standard plan you have to choose a dentist at start date and can only change 1x a year during enrollment week.
Pretty standard benefits, candy jar at the receptionist desk, and bagel breakfast once a week.
