“Codemasters is very flexible about working hours and we have very little crunch.”
Pension and bike scheme, discounts with local businesses, free bus service to and from Leamington, onsite gym, regular family days and barbeques, launch parties and event visits.
Most benefits are reserved for permanent staff.
They are pretty decent and Codemasters are trying to grow these perks
Codemasters evo. Great new team, great work ethic and bunch of really talented people. flexible working hours, with decent benefits that keep improving.
Not as good as some other game companies but not bad.
The best thing about the benefits in general is they are growing over time. E.g. we just got a new on-site, fully spec'ed gym.
I got a good amount of holidays right from the start, a pension scheme, and after probation paid sick leave. Sadly there is no gym membership, which I am certain a lot of the staff would appreciate. We do have compensation for overtime and free snacks and food during crunch period.
all the normal stuff you'd expect, and that's about it - the company does the very minimum it has to with regards to this
I had to pay for my health insurance as my grade was too low to qualify for it. That was about £200 a year which I felt was not unreasonable.
Government mandated pension scheme only
