Most benefits are reserved for permanent staff.

They are pretty decent and Codemasters are trying to grow these perks

Codemasters evo. Great new team, great work ethic and bunch of really talented people. flexible working hours, with decent benefits that keep improving.

Not as good as some other game companies but not bad.

The best thing about the benefits in general is they are growing over time. E.g. we just got a new on-site, fully spec'ed gym.

I got a good amount of holidays right from the start, a pension scheme, and after probation paid sick leave. Sadly there is no gym membership, which I am certain a lot of the staff would appreciate. We do have compensation for overtime and free snacks and food during crunch period.

I had to pay for my health insurance as my grade was too low to qualify for it. That was about £200 a year which I felt was not unreasonable.
