Coffman is a very employee friendly place to work in terms of benefits. The medical plans have very affordable premiums compared to other employer sponsored plans and they offer a generous HSA contribution and matching program.
Best things are: 401k (with a match), HSA (with a match), subsidized transportation pass, and generous PTO/comp time plan to name a few things!
401k is good. Insurance has a high deductible and could use a significant amount of work
401K options seem to be pretty good. Comp time is awesome. High deductable health plan can be troublesome if you haven't budgeted for it.
Out of pocket medical costs are quite high.
We have a pretty high deductible on the medical plan (HSA) but Coffman does give us quite a bit of money to help offset expenses. We have an awesome new paid parental leave policy. Generally, Coffman's benefits are excellent.
