Cogent provides full benefit package; Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Plan, 401K, Stock options, along with 2 weeks PTO. It is a great place to work for, as they are always trying to create ways to reward their employees.

Cheap insurance and benefits lacking. Company does not invest in employees. Obvious via benefit package offered. I would recommend staying away unless not other choice.

Benefits: 401k matching, % of insurance covered, transit benefits/parking are all less than an average company. PTO amount is good.

Health coverage is average at best. Expensive. Highest I’ve ever had. 401k match is only 2% but there’s no vesting schedule

health insurance is great, 401k is available, and stocks are given after one year of working

401k virtually nonexistent , health insurance marginal

Health insurance with this company is not worth your time or your money. If you're looking to be covered along with your family getting coverage, find another employer. The deductibles are so high it's almost impossible to keep up with it from their paychecks. And maternity leave? Forget it. It almost doesn't exist.

401K has a company match of up to 2% Able to participate in benefits the month after you start which is unusual.
