PTO is available immediately, you do get to buy stock options one year after you begin working there. Medical insurance is good.
The salary seems high at first, but once you realize that you won't hit your targets to get paid, you will see that that the package is low.
the insurance is high and copayment and prescription coverage is high you may be better off getting your own insurance
Cogent provides full benefit package; Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Plan, 401K, Stock options, along with 2 weeks PTO. It is a great place to work for, as they are always trying to create ways to reward their employees.
Cheap insurance and benefits lacking. Company does not invest in employees. Obvious via benefit package offered. I would recommend staying away unless not other choice.
Decent coverage overall in my opinion.
Benefits are okay. Not bad or good
Benefits: 401k matching, % of insurance covered, transit benefits/parking are all less than an average company. PTO amount is good.
Health coverage is average at best. Expensive. Highest I’ve ever had. 401k match is only 2% but there’s no vesting schedule
health insurance is great, 401k is available, and stocks are given after one year of working
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
