Cognizant has yearly bonus which is very good factor, also employee engagement is good, sometimes immediate managers not able to handle work life balance , but overall company upper management is good

Low PTO of 12 days or less for Senior Manager; less for lower levels. Health insurance options are ok. Maternity leave is only partially paid for 12 weeks. Much lower level than other companies of a similar size.
