Unlimited sick days; you don't need to take off time for doctors appointments or outside meetings during the day. As long as your work gets done, you're good. The cumulative bonus structure is well organized and motivating

The vacation time is likely the worst. You probably won't actually be able to use it, because you work on a team and targets are impossible. It always has an air of looking "bad" if someone uses their vacay time and it is always used against someone come review time.
