The benefits package at Cogo is quite comprehensive. We get a good amount of time off, flexible work hours, heath and dental care, a 401k plan, life insurance, and can opt into disability insurance and an FSA/DCA.
There's not much to complain about, but the worst thing is the 401K provider (Fidelity). Fees are large and eat into earnings. I've also had bad experiences with Fidelity in the past, so I'm not a big fan. If Vanguard provides 401K services, I'd hope Cogo would eventually do it. But besides that one point, it's a great package!
