Good vacation, modest 401k matching.
Best thing: Dog days of Summer!
Medical and dental coverage are very comprehensive and very low-cost to the employees. Great plan not just relative to other startups or tech companies, it stacks up against any other company. No parental leave policy.
all the provided snacks, catered lunches, time off, work from home
The benefits package at Cogo is quite comprehensive. We get a good amount of time off, flexible work hours, heath and dental care, a 401k plan, life insurance, and can opt into disability insurance and an FSA/DCA.
There's not much to complain about, but the worst thing is the 401K provider (Fidelity). Fees are large and eat into earnings. I've also had bad experiences with Fidelity in the past, so I'm not a big fan. If Vanguard provides 401K services, I'd hope Cogo would eventually do it. But besides that one point, it's a great package!
Great healthcare package. Nothing to complain. Moderate options in the company as well, if you plan to stay longer term. If so, make your contributions and learn to negotiate.
Awesome benefits package! Reimburses partial gym memberships and covers commuter transportation costs!
