New hires start with 3 weeks vacation but salaried sick time cut to 10 days. Company closes during Christmas week and you must take vacation.
The worst part is low quality/price ratio of cafetiere food so people are forced to sneak into near by companies for lunch. The best part is PTO for new employees has been increased to 15 days.
