Very comprehensive with many different options across the board to fit unique needs and situations.
There were no benefits I was an intern so I didn’t have any experience with them. Heard health benefits were good though
They match every single dollar to your dollar contributed. Expensive healthcare packages.
In terms of benefits, once you get them figured out, they are fantastic.
No benefits are offered for account coordinators because it is a contracted position
Pretty good benefits package but beware there is no HR director for the West Coast offices (Los Angeles/San Francisco) so things can get mixed up with NY hdqrts
Health Insurance is fine. Working from home is extremely limited.
Cohn & Wolfe has excellent benefits including a 401K, Match program, WFH availability, Interoffice Transfers, Solid Vacation opportunities
The benefits package is comprehensive and the training programs are fairly robust. Your schedule can be flexible if you plan ahead, but be prepared for some long hours knowing that comp time can be hard to get .
time off and summer days
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
