Flexible time off, insurance could be better.

The benefit package offered at CohnReznick is very fair and competitive with what other companies in the same industry and market.

The benefits are not one size fits all. You adjust the plan to what you and your family needs.

the insurance is okay, not too expensive. you don't get a 401k match until after your first year and then there is a 5 year vesting period. they give you lots of PTO days, but then sometimes won't let you use them.

Getting permission to work at home is nothing if you can handle a super slow network and office gossip. 401K plan needs matching Overall it is a very average benefit package for people in their 20s

Very cheap firm, cheap all the way round.

PTO is very generous and there's a good child care benefit. 401k is profit sharing only and not match. Everything else is fine, but not special.

Amazing PTO plans. Medical and Dental plans are not the best.

Great PTO, flexibility and benefits. Firm still pays the largest portion of the premium which is very generous.
