Good vacation, staff gets 21 days of PTO and 9 holidays. 401k has no employer match however they do offer profit sharing contributions.

Best = Very reasonable family rates on the High Deductible Health Plan, outstanding PTO Policy. Worst = employees pay 100% of dental and vision
