Online training and how to. Then hands on under supervision
The worst thing about the job training is how quickly they make you learn the recipes and how to do things. It would be nice if they would help you out more, as it can be overwhelming at first.
An online class training and practice.
Requires a few-hour-long training video, along with a few days of training. Management is usually helpful and encouraging during training.
Training hurts your arms it's better to get trained by a coworker than the manager because he gets mad when you can't understand him.
Okay this is from my experience, but the training was very brief and they will quickly throw you into the fire. It wasn't horrible per say but during my first couple of weeks I barely new how to make most of the items on the menu, sure you're meant to learn it as you go, but not everything gets ordered equally so even near the time of my leaving some items I was not great at making or fully knew how. Mostly involving the smoothies, frappe, or the hot stone items.
Its easy stuff, trained people myself after a few weeks.
best thing was it was hands on everyday and also a coarse we took on line
The best thing is that you're mostly trained by other employees who are more relatable and less intimidating than management
Computer training was very long
