Almost always had people to cover if needed.
The job is extremely accomodating to reduced or flexible hours.
I can make my own schedule and request vacation days as many as I want. They aren't paid though
Scheduling was very difficult because the boss wouldn't care if people requested to have 2 months off, so people who didn't request days off would work day after day from 1-11pm. It was easy to get off of work, which was convenient if something important came up, but it sucked because if people didn't want to work, there were no repercussions for them to skip.
Willing to work with students' schedules, but unlikely to give you more than 30 hours.
They are good about hours
