Paid sick time and time off, even for part time.
The best part of the job was that we got to keep some of the expired product. Since it is a part-time job, no actually benefits were provided. We did get a 50% discount on the product though.
The only benefits available is paid sick leave after 90 days, and paternity leave, otherwise they don't offer any useful benefits.
Nothing at all unless you consider cash tips (so no tax) and free ice cream. But its a easy breezy job so that's about all you should expect.
There are NO benefits at all.
There really were no benefits when working as a part-time. You could get an employee discount. They would have you work 30+ hours a week, but keep you under 40 so you wouldn't get benefits. I don't know what the full time benefits were like.
As a part-time employee, there were no benefits packages offered. Pay was below minimum wage because customers often tipped, although not enough to make up the difference.
I did not have a benefits package. Just free ice cream when working and a discount all other times.
There's not much all there is, is training and then half off ice
I was a part time high school student when I worked here so...I didn't really need any of the benefits offered. The scheduling was fairly flexible and we got job training and employee discounts.
