Basic full time benefits offered, glad they have that to offer employees, but it is not the greatest to me - prefer to have Kaiser Health Insurance and they do not offer that.

Pros: PTO accrual is fair. Health Care options are better than most. Overtime is allowed. Cons: No bonuses for over two years. No compensation for covering a position if another staff member leaves despite being fully expected to do two jobs. PTO is separate (Vacation/Sick/Holiday/Personal) and you can’t combine categories which is frustrating. i.e. I can’t take an extra vacation day over a long holiday weekend...)
Great benefits package. The company is by the book, a lot of options for medical plans, generous vacation, sick days, 401k, etc
You get basic health benefits. PTO is an insult. They don’t tell you that you don’t start to accrue vacation days for three months.
