Family oriented but small benefits options. No maternity leave
Overall great training. Like anything else it is what you make of it. It’s nice that you don’t have to pay for CE if you take it through the HPW school.
You are on your own for all of this except training that is very good but Real Estate Sales is a 100% commission job without benefits

Didn’t like it at all
Takes a long time to earn benefits. 401K company contribution is not guaranteed - cutbacks = reduction of company match.
Time off, and vacation perks
There are none for administration … to be fair this was a Tampa office group.
