Nothing bad to say about the benefits package
The worst is that you accumulate your PTO every month which is not what other companies do. They match 3% of your 401k but you only get the money they put in if you work there for 2 years. Health insurance was fine with them but everything is pretty below average.
Good time off, decent 401K
Health Insurance is great and so it PTO policy
Benefits are very good. Health, dental, vision. One day of vacation per month with company. Unlimited sick days, as long as not abused. Despite being an internet based company, cannot work from home. Which is dumb.
Company outings- go to bars a lot. Okay time off- could be more.
Company pays for 90% of health insurance premium. Floating holidays instead of fixed calendar so more flexibility. 2 Corporate Social Responsibility Days. Could provide more PTO during your first 2 years.
Coleman will match up to $1500 a year that you put into your 401K. The maternity leave is sub-par; you only get 6 weeks off (thanks to short-term disability) but you're only given 60% of your base salary. Any additional time taken off for maternity leave is supplied by the FMLA, and is totally unpaid. They do offer one week of paid paternity leave. Sick days are unlimited but you do need a doctor's note after the third day out of the office.
Benefits are competitive, majority is company paid.
Decent medical insurance. Vacation time increases with tenure.
