It is great for students who are still in college and need the flexibility around classes, finals, and study time.

As a college student, its a good job if you are in school with all over the place schedule. You set your availability. You are expected to have a set number of hours during the week.

You set your own availability so it is flexible in that regard but they sometimes ignore it and just schedule you whenever. You have no guarantee of how many hours you will get. It coukd be 8 hours a week it could be 35 it could be 0.

I've been able to change my availability whenever I need to. I've had a couple of times when I've had to cancel an appointment, but that's never held against me.

They are very flexible and do the best possible to meet class schedules. When requesting time of for personal reasons they do require a decent amount of notice.

Before you start, you basically tell them what days you would like to work, and what times work for you. Very flexible for me at least.

Very flexible scheduling, each person's schedule was based off of their own family needs and improving their work/life balance. There was a lot of pressure to work during normal off business hours, however, due to large workloads. The flexibility was a great addition the first year, although the mood of the flexibility definitely changed over time.
