College Track has great paid time off for employees on top of org-wide breaks! This really helps employees get recharged!
Most incredible set of benefits I've experienced to date. Vacation-wise, College Track closes for 3 weeks org-wide (one week around July 4, two weeks during December holidays) - which means you get to relax, travel, etc. and not come back to a full inbox. On top of that, you get all federal holidays and then some, 3 weeks/year discretionary that grows the longer you stay, plus separate sick leave, leave to care for sick family members, 401k match up to 4%, paid maternity/paternity leave for those starting families, and on top of that you get to work with super passionate people who actually care about what they do, their team, and creating positive social change.
The best benefits package. For Hollywood.
401k match, generous maternity/paternity leave, lots of vacation time - excellent benefits package!
There was vacation, parental, and sick time off. When students were gone for holidays, staff had the opportunity to get some days off as well.
Part-Time Staff don't receive a lot of benefits.
Vacation and time off are competitive, and health insurance plan is very affordable
Decent benefits for a nonprofit. They match 401k and provide cell phone reimbursements. Generous time off during holidays.
Best: The time off is very generous: 15-22 days off a year in addition to three weeks paid Org-wide breaks and state/federal holidays. The organization encourages professional development, which is great.
Generous benefits package, health, vision, dental, 403b, ample pto including 2 weeks off for holiday break.
