Best: vacation/sick days were accruing year on year until a limit of something like five weeks was reached, so you didn't lose your vacation days at the end of the year. Medical and dental coverage were OK. 401(K) was OK.
Good pay and PTO given. The medical benefits are decent. Paternity leave and FML are lacking.
