I'm a Classified Employee who works 20 hours a week. Based on this, I do qualify for a pension with SURS, receive a slight discount on one credited class per semester, and receive like 80% PTO for holidays/days college is closed. I do not qualify for medical benefits. Luckily, taking time off in my department is pretty easy and my schedule is flexible too.
