Health Insurance is decent even after the increase in cost to employee.
The best thing about Saint Rose is the generous paid time off they give you and the benefit of leaving an hour and a half early on Friday's during the summer.

Health benefits are good but the employee contribution is higher than other places I have worked. The employer contribution to retirement was just eliminated, there is currently little to no funding for professional development. Few benefits in this time of economic strife.
