Awesome gym, the health care benefits used to be better however I still think it's better than a lot of companies and I understand they don't have so much control over that.
Collette offers lots of vacation time and many free or heavily discounted travel opportunities as well as very good health insurance and 401k. They have a free wellness center that offers a free gym, nutrition counseling, personal training and fitness challenges that bring the team together. They support their employees through many programs and create a positive working environment.
Health Coverage was quite good. There was little or no increase in costs for several years around 2010-2014. It was very hard though, to get insurance to cover more than one month's supply of a prescription at a time, even though the job required us to be out of the country for over a month at a time. The WORST was the "mysterious" bonus. We were never told what it was based on, how we could affect it, and were not to discuss amounts. It left many of us skeptical about it, and created negative feelings. They also cut the Holiday bonus to a turkey gift card during lean times post 9/11/ They never restored it during the good times. A small thing, but it made many of us feel under-appreciated. There is a small 401k match.

Was better before Obama-care and the 'growing pains' of hiring so many new employees which I'm sure resulted in changes to the health coverage. Coverage was adequate. It was the jumping through hoops under the new UHC plan that was very frustrating.
Amazing health benefits and they past about 75% of your deductible before you have to even pay out of pocket and it's only a couple hundred after that point. Amazing mental , dental , healthcare. Huge discounts on personal travel and you start off with 2 weeks vacation and 2 weeks sick time, 4 Paid volunteer hours each month and an amazing 401k matching program.
