it was a great atmosphere. you could get a lot done and work with many different people. it was also a very laidback environment that had very manageable hours.

I currently am not offered any benefits outside of vacation and paid time off.
No paid time off for Valuations Department. Makes no sense why this department is excluded from accruing paid time off.
For a large employer, I would expect that the employee benefits costs would be more competitive.
There are no benefits for brokers. 100% paid by employee for everything. Non-broker employees offered limited benefits. Other brokerage firms offer better benefit packages.

Every year our healthcare costs have increased. Our time off is sectioned into Vacation time, personal time, and sick time. However as someone who I almost never sick it’s really unfortunate I can’t allocate those hours to vacation. I’ve accrued so many sick hours I’m actually accruing a reduced number of hours each pay period.
