You have to have worked at CCC for at least a year to get any paid maternity leave. If you have been here for at least a year you are given 13 weeks including your FMLA. You get full pay for the first 4 weeks and then half pay for the remaining 9 weeks. The longer you are at CCC the more they will pay if you go on maternity leave.
You get 6 weeks paid maternity leave and 3 weeks paid paternity leave. You can extend the maternity leave to 12 weeks but the additional 6 weeks won't be paid.
No paternity leave. Maternity leave is covered under FMLA but the pay will only last for a fraction of the leave unless you have been at the College for several years.
Three months paid. It was great to know that I had time to bond with my daughter and time to find a suitable sitter.
