The vacation is great, 15 days after 1 year so near the standard, but with many of your typical school holidays you miss in other businesses. The big downside is the health insurance is one of those health care cost sharing groups. The main issue is unlike a insurance plan, you are never quiet sure what your deductibles on everyday healthcare are and you have negotiate discounts on things yourself.
Health Insurance is unaffordable for me and my family. The 401k contribution is generous and good. Time off is good. They have a really good employee discount for attending school for you or your family!
