Areas where they can improve are on: fertility assistance, graduate level tuition assistance programs, and sabbatical programs not currently offered.

Insurance premiums are low but almost worthless in Colorado. Very hard to find a good doctor in network and even for an urgent care had to drive 1.5 hrs.
