    I absolutely regret leaving Marriott International Corp. I thought since this was a Marriott it was the same benefits . I was deceived into taking a high paying position and put in one that I would never taken and left my old job that I was treated with respect. They also violate ADA laws and Labor laws . It’s a hostile work environment from some of management and very unprofessional. Your lunch breaks (if you get one) are a joke . The insurance is a joke and favoritisms is the worst I’ve ever seen in my 14 years in the hospitality industry. The Marriott International is an amazing place to work but not under this management company . They definitely need to clean house and hold their management team to responsible that is their job and not on hourly employees, Treat your employees right and the company benefits in the long run. Should have done my research before making the move . Hope this helps

    Health insurance was your average insurance you can get. The paid sick time accrual was not good at all. Never worked for a company that doesn’t have pto until after 1 full year of employment.

    The travel benefits. I worked for Marriott's Columbia Sussex and our travel benefits weee better then Marriott's. After 6 months employed you get associate discount and friends and family discount (during the holidays I've booked rooms as low as $21.00 that were reg $280) then after 1 year being full-time for Columbia Sussex you can stay at any Columbia Sussex property in the world for free! As long as the availability isn't low. And of course after the 6 months you can always book with your associate discount or friends and family.

    Worst thing is that taking time off for a major holiday, like Christmas Day, requires the use of a PTO day.
