The company offers a 401k plan and health insurance, as well as paid time off after a certain amount of time worked.
Best: hotel discounts, free golf Worst: one year from date of hire for full time health insurance benefits and pricey. Same with 401k
The travel benefits. I worked for Marriott's Columbia Sussex and our travel benefits weee better then Marriott's. After 6 months employed you get associate discount and friends and family discount (during the holidays I've booked rooms as low as $21.00 that were reg $280) then after 1 year being full-time for Columbia Sussex you can stay at any Columbia Sussex property in the world for free! As long as the availability isn't low. And of course after the 6 months you can always book with your associate discount or friends and family.
Worst thing is that taking time off for a major holiday, like Christmas Day, requires the use of a PTO day.
best thing dental insurance worst thing cant ever use the week free hotel stays since they are always denied
Decent compensation. Not a huge amount of benefits. PTO, health insurance. The longer you work there the better it gets and the more they will invest in you.
I was not offered a benefits package and was told I wouldnt for year
This company offers NO health insurance until you have been there for a full year. You read that right. Hard to believe in this day and age.
Health insurance, 401k, dental insurance, paid time off although you have to work for a couple years before you have 2 weeks off
Overall nice place to work
