    More companies should start their associates off with 3 pto days after the first six months and then go up to 16 after the first year and then 15 for each year thereafter until year five of service in which you get another healthy bump. Sweet

    When you first start working at Columbia Sussex you have to accrue paid time off and you don't begin accruing paid time off for 3 months. So you have to work 6 months to have to paid days off
