excellent plan. truly benefits a wide range of people
There is 403b instead in Columbia
was ok but not like other ivies

There again isn't a 401k plan if you are just a simple intern, likely if you have a real job here

Matching 403B program has helped save for retirement.
It's no pension, but after being vested the University automatically contributes into a fund for you (Vanguard). If you decide to contribute yourself, the University matches that contribution, into a separate fund (TIAA-Cref).
