    Employees accumulate 2 Vacation days a month and 2 (maybe 3 depending on length of employment) Personal days a year. Standard holidays are paid. Sick days are unlimited, the New York Family Sick Leave Act also provides 5 (or 7) days off for family sick time. You can carry over 23 unused Vacation days every year.

    You get 2 days accrued every month and pay sick days and personal day. All in all it was about 27-29 a years you had to use.
