Benefit package very competitive with other companies.

It is decent insurance but you have to pay dearly for it
401k, PTO, paid holidays, paid sick days, fertility assistance for yourself or spouse, HSA funded by employer (you don't need to contribute if you don't want to). Probably one of the best health insurance packages I've had working in a factory.
Company provides access to a "Perks" page where you can get deals and discounts on things from travel to food delivery.
